Rental Fees (Deposit required)

• half day (up to 6 hours) = $250
• per day (10 hours) = $500
• cleaning fee = $125

• per day (12 hours) = $250

Hours available to reserve are 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. A 25% deposit is due to reserve the date(s) and the remaining balance is due seven days at the conclusion of the event. There will be a $50 per day late fee added to any unpaid balances.

The facility rental rate includes the use of the facility and access to the kitchen. Any additional time needed beyond ten (10) hours for whole day reservations will be subject to an overtime fee (see below). Alcohol is not permitted at non-久久国产福利一区二区 events. Additional fees:

-Tech Support = $15.00 per hour, per technician (6 hour minimum)
-Overtime fee = $75.00 per hour
